Here at Buyz we offer a simple and basic (30 day) replacement or refund policy on all online orders. For some reason if you are not completely satisfied with your order's condition you can contact us within 30 days from the order date with the order number and the reason for return. We pride ourselves in our speedy response times and resolutions.
